Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rovlead ("rovlead", "we", "us"), a B2B outreach platform available at rovlead.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

rovlead helps businesses discover publicly listed local business contacts, build outreach campaigns, and send emails from the user's own connected mailbox. Features, limits and pricing may change as the product evolves; material changes to these Terms will be announced on this page.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You may sign in with email and password or with a Google account. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
  • You must be authorized to act for the business on whose behalf you use rovlead.

3. Connected mailboxes

Campaigns are sent from a mailbox you connect (for example Gmail or another SMTP provider). You confirm that you own or control that mailbox and that you are permitted to send email from it. Credentials you provide are stored encrypted and are used only to send the emails you compose and schedule.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use rovlead to:

  • send spam, deceptive, fraudulent or unlawful messages, or messages that violate applicable email marketing laws (including GDPR, the ePrivacy rules and CAN-SPAM);
  • harvest or process personal data without a lawful basis, or contact recipients who have opted out;
  • send malware, phishing content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service, or access it by automated means outside the documented product features.

You are the sender of your campaigns and remain solely responsible for their content, their recipient lists and their legal compliance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Credits and payment

Some features consume credits. Free credits granted at signup are one-time and have no monetary value. Paid plans and credit packs, where offered, are billed as described at the point of purchase. Credits are not redeemable for cash and unused credits may expire when an account is closed.

6. Intellectual property

rovlead and its software, design and branding remain our property. Content you create in the product (such as campaign copy) remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as storing and transmitting that content on your behalf.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee deliverability, business results, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using rovlead and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal reasons, or discontinuation of the service, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
